A superb vintage oak veneer clad cupboard manufactured by the renowned American company White Clad. Originally designed for use in an office this piece could also be used as a food storage cabinet, combining practical storage with timeless Arts & Crafts-inspired styling.
White Clad were famous for making oak clad ice boxes and this piece is styled after those early 20th Century pieces.
With a warm honey-coloured finish, the cupboard features a panelled door, brass hardware and the distinctive White Clad maker's badge. The tall, narrow proportions make it ideal for a variety of interiors, offering useful storage without occupying excessive floor space.
The door opens to reveal a drop-down table, a shelved area suitable for storing a computer, a pull-out keyboard tray and a small pen drawer. The back features cut-outs to allow air to circulate.
The wood has a mid sheen polished finish.
