This is an attractive small side table dating to the Victorian era.
Made of mahogany and veneers it is modestly sized and fairly low, ideal for a hallway or lounge, perfect for a lamp, a stack of books and a vase of fresh flowers.
The table has a rectangular top, an attractive turned stretcher and twin supports terminating with swept feet.
The top has gently rounded corners and a simple skirt.
The wood has a French polished finish which has a nice sheen, the top has been newly refinished in our workshop, the base retains its original finish which has been wax polished.
CONDITION
This piece is in solid structural condition. There are various minor cosmetic marks of age and use here and there, mainly to the table skirt. Please take a look at all the photos to get an idea of its general condition.
