A rare Georgian flour hutch with lift top. The hutch is made of pine and is styled to look like a small chest of drawers with faux drawer fronts finished with turned wooden handles. The top of the hutch lifts up to reveal a partitioned interior with two compartments which may have once had removable storage liners. The hutch has a very old painted finish which has worn and chipped away over time. It was found in the lockup of an antiques dealer in South Devon where it had sat for decades. A rustic and rare piece.

CONDITION
In generally solid structural condition with some restoration.
One of the bracket feet is a replacement and has been coloured matched. The base has had sympathetic repairs.
