This is a useful vintage pine box dating to the mid 20th century. Made of solid pitch pine this piece could serve a variety of uses in any room, perhaps as a tool chest in a workshop or a keepsake box, ideal for stowing away small treasures. The top is fitted with a lift up lid which opens to reveal a clean interior. The front of the lid is fitted with a brass drop handle. The wood has a natural looking waxed finish.
The box measures 28.5cms high x 48.5cms wide x 43cms deep Measurements taken at the widest points of the lid.
It is generally in solid condition with minor marks of age and use.
