A very useful small side table dating to the late 20th Century.
This piece is very unusual and we have never seen another like it, I think it was probably a bespoke piece, handmade for someone with a specific purpose in mind. It could be used as a luggage stand and is perfect for an overnight bag or a small suitcase.
The table is made of oak and is very distinctive looking, the front is fitted with a single lockable wide and shallow drawer which opens to reveal a slatted base.
The table is set on cabriole style legs and is finished with a small under-tier and inlaid stringing.
The wood has a nicely polished finish.
CONDITION
This piece is in solid structural condition with minor marks of age and use.
