This is a handsome nautical themed trunk which dates to the late 20th century.
Made of solid pine it is well sized and could serve a variety of purposes in any home. It is ideal for use as a blanket box at the foot of a bed or perhaps for storing winter clothes.
The trunk has a hand painted finish with the ship Endeavour painted on the lid.
The lid opens to reveal a clean and spacious interior.
To either end there is a rope carrying handle.
CONDITION
This piece is in solid structural condition with various cosmetic marks of age and use and a couple of repairs which are not terribly obvious.
