A pair of vintage handmade Pidha chairs which originate from Northern India. These traditional chairs are designed to be both functional and symbolic and are often used in rituals and weddings, as guest seating, or as decorative heritage pieces. The chairs are made of hardwood and have carved detailing and metal adornments. Each has a tall fold down back rest and woven seat panel raised on squat turned legs. The wood is rustic and characterful. Ideally these would be used for display purposes. The listed price is for both.
