{"product_id":"shabby-chic-sideboard-cupboard-with-stencilled-detailing","title":"Shabby Chic Sideboard Cupboard with Stencilled Detailing","description":"\u003cp\u003eThis is a very unusual piece, it began life as a coffer, but at some point many years ago it was turned into a low sideboard cupboard, making it a more practical piece for everyday use.\u003cbr\u003eIt is fairly low and has two large doors, the right door handle turns to lock the dook closed by means of an internal toggle, the left hand door is fitted with an internal latch.\u003cbr\u003eBoth side panels are carved with diamond shaped lozenges each surrounding a flower and the sideboard is finished on short block feet.\u003cbr\u003eThis piece has a unique distressed paint finish, firstly an undercoat of dark teal blue paint has been applied, followed by a top coat of cream chalk paint which has then been coated in a light brown stain to create an aged look before finally being sealed with furniture wax.
