This is a useful pair of vintage storage chests/boxes which date to the mid 20th century. These unusual pieces are hand made from thin wood and each is fitted with two deep drawers which could be used to store brushes, tools or crafting materials. The drawer interiors are lacquered and the drawers have small metal handles. Both are in good condition with various small marks of age and use
